Tejano National Convention News: 5th Anniversary Texas Homecoming!!
The Tejano National Convention is moving to Dallas, TX this year. It's going to be one of the most anticipated events of the year. It's always been one of the BEST Tejano events around, and now that it is back in Texas I have a feeling that it will be better then ever!!
This year the event is going to be hosted by no other then Cheech Marin. There are going to be some of the best of the best of Tejano music performing.

The event will be AUGUST 15-17, 2008.

NATIONAL TEJANO MUSIC CONVENTION & AWARDS
Tejano Connect WAS There!!!
This year I had the opportunity to go to one of the BEST Tejano Events of the YEAR, The 2007 Tejano Music Convention & Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was by far one of the best events I have ever attended. It was very organized & the talent was wonderful! There was plenty to do all weekend long & the concerts at night really topped it off.
I know I will defiantly be going in 2008 when the convention will be moving to a new location of Dallas, Texas.

I want to congratulate a good friend of Tejano Connect, Sunny Sauceda for winning the award for Most Promising Band this year at the Tejano Music Awards!! I know just how much work him and his band have been putting into their performances and their music. They defiantly deserve this award!
